What is the standard warranty period on non-electrical item(s)?

Any dusk non-electrical product that is faulty or not of acceptable quality may be entitled to an exchange or refund under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.

All electrical items (example: MoodMist® Diffusers, Aromatherapy and Oil Burners) come with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase.

Any dusk electrical (MoodMist® Diffusers, Aromatherapy Diffusers and Oil Burners) product that is faulty or not of acceptable quality may be entitled to an exchange or refund under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.
